Dear Friend,
I greet you as one who has been chosen and appointed.
Jesus said, “You did not chose me but I have chosen you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and
that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the father in my name He may give you.”
I’m sure media reporting has made you aware of the upheaval and rioting of Arabs around the world. Buildings,
including Embassy’s, have been burned. Cars wrecked, lives lost and extensive destruction, all because of a
Danish newspaper cartoon of Mohammed.
The men of the Arab world are proving correct the statement of the angel of the Lord, to Hagar, in Genesis
Chapter 16:7-12. The angel told her that her unborn son would be a wild man and his hand would be against every
man. The angel spoke concerning Ishmael, whom she bore by Abram. God changes Abram’s name to Abraham
in Chapter 17 and Hagar and Ishmael are sent away to Egypt in Chapter 21. It is quite a story and is seriously
affecting the affairs of our time.
Hamas, an established terrorist organization sponsored by Iran and Syria, have infi ltrated the Palestinians and
gained control of their new parliament. Both the presidents of Venezuela and Russia have invited the Hamas
leaders for an offi cial diplomatic visit.
The new president of Iran has called for the elimination of Israel and destruction of the United States. He is
determined to develop nuclear power against the opposition of the Western World.
The United Arab Emigrates owns the corporation which has just purchased from a British Firm, control of six of
our major ports. This contract also includes the port in Beaumont, Texas, my home town. It is through the port of
Beaumont that our military equipment is shipped to various sensitive spots around the world.
Such control, even by a friendly Arab country, is unadvisable and should not
be permitted. How is it that foreign corporations have gotten control of major
American businesses and industrial operations? The answer is money. Greed is so
prevalent in our country that some Americans will do anything for money.
Paul writes to Timothy and states “For the love of money is the root of all kinds
of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness and pierced
themselves through with many sorrows.” I Timothy 6:10
Arab oil potentates have threatened to either slow oil production or at least not increase it; if our nation pursues
alternate energy sources. In President Bush’s state of the union address, he called for the development of alternate
energy.
Isn’t it amazing to see Holy Scriptures so accurately demonstrated today? We are without question in the “Time of
the End.” The Friday of the churches work week. Do we have work to yet be accomplished? The answer is YES!
We the believing community must put on God’s armor and take up his mighty weapons. In the power of the Holy
Ghost, we must storm the battlefield and break Satan’s hold on our nation and his people.
It is time for a genuine Holy Host awakening beginning with the Christian community, which includes you and me.
The Holy Spirit has come as our helper and believe me, we need his help. It is harvest time and you and I must be
the faithful servants Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24:44-47. In these verses Jesus refers to servants who are ready and
doing what he has given them to carry out.
Never forget, soul winning by any and every means is our number one assignment.
Jesus is coming and we must be found going about the Father’s business with
excellence.
Your love gifts are of great importance this month! I have a scheduled minister’s conference
and nightly meetings in Honduras, May 3-7. Also, minister’s conferences are
being planned in Republics of the former Soviet Union, Norway, and Europe. I definitely need your prayers and fi nancial assistance.
2006 if proving to be an exciting and productive year. Your fi nancial support gets you
an equal reward as well as the fact that you have sown seed in good soil and should expect a harvest.
