Dear Friend,

In the same spirit and manner that the Apostle Paul greeted the saints of his day, I greet you.

We are receiving numerous telephone calls and e-mails inquiring as to my thoughts concerning the DaVinci Code. The book was authored by Dan Brown based on the so-called Gospel of Phillip. A little research proves this is not the Phillip of the New Testament.

This Phillip book was simply an early attempt by Satan to discredit our Lord Jesus and biblical record. Brown, used by Satan, has in a sense resurrected an old ‘Satanic plot.’ Because there has been such an all out attack on Christianity, in our nation, over that last few years; Brown’s book received support.

First of all allow me to make an absolute historically correct statement; the artist Leonardo DaVinci was not present at the Last Supper. He was born in 1452. He is considered to be a master artist of the Italian Renaissance. He was the illegitimate son of Ser Piero DaVinci, a legal specialist and a peasant girl. Ser Piero raised his son. The historical records of Leonardo reflect his having no interest in religion, although painting several religious scenes.

For years you, I, and the Christian community have been under severe satanic attack. Our opponent Satan has used the likes of the ACLU; people for the American Way, Christians for the separation of Church and State, The National Education Association (NEA), Atheists and their organizations, some members of Congress and the Supreme Court, and Hollywood.

There is not question; our nation was founded as a Christian nation. Well over the majority of our founding fathers were God fearing men. All our founding documents reflect the laws and righteousness of the Holy Bible.

I never cease being surprised at Christians. We are either slow learning the lessons found in the Holy Scriptures or we do not learn them at all. Therefore the same mistakes are made over and over.

Follow me; The Bible is our text book. It is the only book from which we should take instruction as to how a very godly person should live. Our behavior, deeds, thoughts and daily way of life are all lovingly described in this Holy Book.

God has sent the Holy Spirit as our teacher and guide. He has also provided His son Jesus as our sterling example.

The Christian community (born again followers of Jesus) ought to be a well trained army, wearing God’s Armor (Eph. 6:10-12), using God’s mighty weapons (II Cor. 10:4-5), and operating in the unity prayed for by Jesus
(John 17:20-21).

When Israel obeyed God and did things just as the Lord directed they could not be defeated or shoved around. However when they were not doing as directed and doing things their way they could be shoved around, defeated and taken captive.

We, as Christians, are many and have at our disposal more than enough to defeat this evil satanic attack on our nation, its constitution and Christianity. We simply need to “be strong in the Lord and the power of his might” as instructed by Paul in Ephesians 6:10-11.

There is a glaring reason why Satan and those he is using to attack Christianity and shove Godly principles around. And it is:

1) Many Christians have been lulled into religious sleep.
(Romans 13:11, I Thes. 5:6)

2) Many Pentecostal, Charismatic and Word of Faith followers have developed “Itching Ears.” (II Tim. 4:3)

3) As a whole company we are much to divided. (I Cor 1:10) We seem to be unaware that division is a tool of our enemy.

4) The Holy Spirit is no longer welcome and considered by far too many unnecessary.

Notice, our public schools were once influenced by Christianity. Now prayer and the Holy Bible are outside. Our laws were once based on the Judeo-Christian Word of God. Now, they to often support ungodly immoralities of one sort or another.

Seldom do we elect a Godly person to office and that’s because our politics are no longer heavily influenced by Godliness and Christianity.

Am I troubled by all of these attacks on Jesus, the Bible and true Christianity? No, a thousand times No! I am challenged to stay full of the Holy Spirit, wear God’s armor and use His mighty weapons.

We must advance, not retreat! Read carefully the words of Jesus to His disciples in Matthew 16:18, “And I tell you, you are Peter (GK, Petros – a large piece of rock) and on this rock (GK, petra- a huge rock like Gibraltar) I will build my church, and the gates of Hades (the powers of the infernal region) SHALL NOT overpower it (or be strong to it detriment or hold out against it.)

I rest my case! I am on the attack, how about you?
